Check Out "Blur," the New Single From Orange County's CHICO

CHICO Are Making a Strong Case for Your Favorite New Hardcore Band

Orange County's CHICO are making a strong case for being your favorite new hardcore band. Check out the video for "Blur," the latest single from the band's upcoming self-titled debut album, Chico.

Blending elements of hardcore, punk, and alternative, CHICO have been steadily building a reputation as one of Southern California's most exciting young bands. "Blur" is another reminder of why the five-piece has been on our radar.

The self-titled debut arrives August 14 via New Morality Zine, one of our favorite new labels. With their first full-length on the horizon and a run of dates supporting Death Lens across Texas and California this fall, CHICO have plenty of momentum heading into the second half of 2026.
