Florida trio Deux Visages have shared the video for “Pixelate,” the latest single from their debut album, Call It Goodbye, out November 6. If you haven't been paying attention to this band yet, now's a good time to start.
The song is about watching someone you've known for years change into someone you barely recognize. Vocalist Daphney Hanono describes the disappointment that comes with realizing the person you remember isn't really there anymore. The video, directed by OD Blank, brings that idea to life through digital distortion and pixelated imagery.
With Call It Goodbye just around the corner and album-release shows planned for New York and Philadelphia, Deux Visages are heading into a big few weeks. We're looking forward to hearing the rest of the record.
